Ever wonder what you would look like if you got run over by a bicycle.. twice?

Fortunately, I have a new friend that goes by the name of Vicodin. I figure by the end of the year I’ll be able to do a write-up for all things prescription narcotics.

Any thoughts on the drawbacks to training for cycling and running in this NYT article today? ‘Course, it doesn’t cover being run over by a bike…

Triathletes: Jack of all trades, master of none.

In my opinion/experience, running can kind of help your cycling, but cycling doesn’t help your running at all. Cross training really only helps your overall cardio.. these people are delusional if they think they can peak at all three!

QOTD: the twin: “Mom and dad aren’t happy about me running the marathon. But whatever. I’ll do as I wish. They let you get run over by bikes.”
